Kilboy Estate as breeder of GIO PONTI was presented with two awards by the Kentucky Thoroughbred Owners and Breeders Association, and the Kentucky Thoroughbred Association at Keeneland earlier today. GIO PONTI was acclaimed as the leading Kentucky bred Handicap Horse and the leading Kentucky bred Turf Male in a ceremony which celebrated Kentucky breds success on the track in 2009. These two very prestigious titles mirrored those received by GIO PONTI earlier this year at the Eclipse Awards.
